We only offer portrait sessions and event coverage Friday through Sunday, so we recommend you book as soon as possible! Additionally, our photographers typically only have openings for two to three portrait sessions and one to two events per month, so their calendars tend to fill up quickly. For clients who would like to book a portrait session to include senior/graduation, branding, engagement, maternity, newborn, and couples or family sessions, we recommend contacting us at least two months before your preferred session date. For special event coverage including elopements and weddings, we recommend contacting us at least six months before your event date. Please keep in mind that peak seasons like the summer and holidays may fill up quicker than other times of the year.
How do I book?
You can schedule your session, special event or studio rental directly through one of our service pages under the Photography or Studio Rental sections. You can also submit a general inquiry through our contact page, and someone will reach out to you to confirm the details and gather any additional information needed.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Our rescheduling and cancellation policies may differ depending on the type session, event, or studio rental so please consult your client agreement for full details. In general, however, clients may reschedule or cancel their session, event or studio rental one time without penalty provided they do so no later than three days prior to their scheduled session, event, or studio rental date. Please keep in mind that each session, event, or studio rental requires a retainer at the time of booking, which is non refundable but can be applied towards a future re-scheduled session, event, or studio rental.
