Pricing varies based on the duration and type of session or special event. General pricing information can be found on the Photography or Studio Rental pages under Services. Upon receiving your booking request, one of our client service representatives may send you a questionnaire and schedule a consultation with you to gather more specific details needed to provide you with a formal proposal, which includes a detailed quote and client service agreement.
When is the balance due?
There is a 25 percent non-refundable retainer due within five days of reserving your session or event. Unless other payment arrangements have been made, the balance for all photography services is due in full no later than seven days after your scheduled session or event. The balance for studio rental services must be paid in full by or before the scheduled rental.
Why do you charge a non-refundable retainer?
From the moment you submit your booking request, we are hard at work making sure we deliver the world class client experience you want and deserve. Your non-refundable retainer not only ensures your booking date and time is exclusively reserved for you and no one else, it also guarantees we will expend the time and resources necessary to fully prepare for your session or event. On average, we spend no less than four hours preparing for a portrait session and 10 hours preparing for an event. This includes developing materials like proposals, style guides, questionnaires, and timelines; conducting brainstorming and location planning sessions; and acquiring any specialized equipment and props required.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer the following discounts, which are not combinable or valid with any other special promotions or discounts offered:
- 15% Veterans Discount (i.e. active, retired, and honorably discharged military with valid identification or discharge paperwork)
- 15% Public Safety & Health Professional Discount (i.e. law enforcement, fire department, and licensed medical professionals with valid identification)
- 10% Returning Client Discount
