While we offer micro portrait sessions year round, we only offer standard, extended, and mini portrait sessions and event coverage Friday through Sunday from April through December, so we recommend you book those as soon as possible! Additionally, we only have openings for two-three portrait sessions and one event per month, so our calendar tends to fill up quickly. For clients who would like to book a portrait session to include graduation, branding, engagement, maternity, newborn, and couples or family sessions, we recommend contacting us at least two months before your preferred session date. For special event coverage including elopements and weddings, we recommend contacting us at least six months before your event date. Please keep in mind that peak seasons like the summer and holidays may fill up quicker than other times of the year.
Our rescheduling and cancellation policies may differ depending on the type session or event, so please consult your client agreement for full details. In general, however, clients may reschedule their session or event one time without additional costs provided they do so no later than three days prior to their scheduled session or event. Please keep in mind that each session or event requires a retainer at the time of booking, which is non refundable but can be applied towards a future re-scheduled session or event.
